The Rector Search Committee has met three times since its commissioning in March. With the help of the Canon for Transition Ministry from the Diocese of California, we are developing our understanding of the search process and the various phases of the process. In the first phase, the Committee will work with the wider Saint Mark’s community on a Parish Profile, in which we clarify who we are and what is important to us as a parish. Creating an authentic Parish Profile is critical in helping us draw strong candidates who will be a good fit for our community. We look forward to hearing everyone’s input through participation in congregational conversations, the specifics of which will be announced over the coming weeks.
