I am retired after teaching the history of Christianity for many years at The Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, Ca. I still research and write in the area of ancient Christianity. Originally from Michigan, I retain a passion for landscape, snow, tennis, and becoming beloved community. I met my husband Andrew at Oxford, and we have two adult children now in Atlanta and Reno. We have been a part of the St Mark’s community for twenty years.
