Here I Am is our bold Advent theme. At the Sunday Forum on November 26, explore with Rev. Nancy how we might approach Advent, both individually and together as a community, to say, “Yes. Here I am.” The words abound in Scripture and in this season extoll it: Mary’s response to Gabriel, “Behold the handmaid of the Lord; “here am I, the servant of the Lord.” Advent is OUR call, as well, to more intentionally be “here,” present to holy presence in our lives. We will look at Advent practices and shared Advent experiences to prepare the way of the Lord in this holy season.
