If you are interested in learning more about the jail ministry, or are a current or potential volunteer, please come to our training and information session, Sat Sept 16th, 2-4pm (doors open at 1:30pm) at ST. MARK’S!! We are hosting this for Correctional Institutions Chaplaincy and would love to see you there. This training is mandatory once per year for active volunteers. Also, we are collecting supplies for the next round of the St. Mark’s writing group at the men’s jail, and to support two other groups in the jail – we especially need lined black cover Mead composition books. If you’re able to donate a few, please leave them in the jail ministry box on the outreach table at church. Thank you!
