St. Mark’s, through AFED (American Friends of the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem), has long supported the 27 parishes and more than two dozen humanitarian institutions – schools, hospitals, clinics, centers for children with disabilities, and homes for the elderly in Palestine, Israel, Jordan, and Lebanon. The needs are urgent in this time. Our dedicated longtime leadership, Lorna Paisley and Maureen Kennedy, are looking for a volunteer to help carry St. Mark’s participation forward, and are glad to talk with you about it.
