Our New Harpsichord

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of a parishioner, St. Mark’s is now the proud owner of a beautiful harpsichord!

It was built in 1979 in the style of a eighteenth century German instrument, and has two keyboards and four sets of strings with a span of five octaves. After performing some minor maintenance, we look forward to using the harpsichord in services, as well as featuring it in concerts offered by the various arts organizations that perform at St. Mark’s.
