These short prayer services are a chance for us to check in, see one another, pray for our community and our world, and hopefully to find a bit of peace in the midst of this alienating chaos.
Morning Prayer in the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene
Morning prayers meet in the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Contemplative Prayer
Gather to spend time with God in quiet communion with centering prayer. All are welcome as we learn and journey together through this sacred, contemplative practice.
Centering prayer meets in the Kennedy Room.
Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Fridays from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Compline: 8pm
A rotating group of lay leaders hosts compline (night prayer) from the Book of Common Prayer, via Zoom, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Everything you need is displayed by the host in Zoom, so you don't need to have a Book of Common Prayer. The service lasts about 15 minutes.
