Community Faire Recap & Photos

Our Community Faire last week was a great success! We enjoyed the musical stylings of the Omega Point Jazz Ensemble led by our own Randy Smith, plus tacos and carnival games. Many people signed up to help with events throughout our year, and eight St. Marker’s won raffles for fun swag through our new church shop. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

Parishioners signed up to contribute to the events that make up our parish life over the calendar year. Many hands make light work, and we are grateful to all the volunteers who coordinate food, setup, clean up, programming support, and other organizing talents to our many parish events! Those who signed up were entered into raffles to win “swag” from our new church shop. Didn’t win a raffle? No problem! You can find our cool St. Mark’s merch here.

We enjoyed an outdoor taco bar, made even more festive by the reappearance of Rev. Nick’s taco hat!

The Community Faire is an opportunity to socialize, connect, and learn about the various ministries going on at St. Mark’s.

The Omega Point Jazz Ensemble, led by our very own Randy Smith, contributed their musical talents to our Eucharist service before performing during our Community Faire event. Many thanks to the musicians who made this fun “jazz Eucharist” possible!
