Safe Church Training is on Sunday, April 23 at 12:00 (after the 10:00 service.) The Diocese of California requires all volunteers who work with children, youth and/or vulnerable adults to complete Safe Church training.
Caren Miles, the Diocese’s Whole and Healthy Church Coordinator, will offer live, in-person training at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Palo Alto on April 23, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:30. While this training is also available online, Caren’s offering will be much more lively and interactive!
Lunch will be available at noon; a $10 donation is suggested for each meal. Training will begin at 12:30pm. Caren will cover all of the required training modules, but you must be present for the entire training period for it to count towards certification.
