Come and Make a Prayer Flag!

During the month of September (starting this Sunday evening, 9/6), we invite you to come by St. Mark’s and make a prayer flag!  Prayer flags are ancient symbols of prayer, peace, and goodwill. They are made on simple fabric squares, and hung up to blow in the wind, releasing our prayers to God, and spreading messages of love and blessing.

The crafting supplies you need will be on a table in the Agape Feast Courtyard. Please come by the church at your convenience (one person or family unit a time, wearing masks, and maintaining social distance), and create a flag featuring a prayer, a favorite Scripture verse, or a blessing for the community. The flags you make will be strung up around the St. Mark’s campus — a visible, tangible blessing for the world!
