Annual Meeting, Feb. 2

Plan to join us at the 10:00 service on Sunday, Feb. 2 for our Annual Meeting, with elections for vestry, diocesan deanery delegates, endowment trustees, as well as brunch, awards, and our yearly slide show! If you have photos from 2024 to include, please send them to photos@saint-marks.com.

(No 8:00 a.m. liturgy on Annual Meeting Day, Feb. 2.)

Bring something to share at the Annual Meeting Potluck next Sunday if you can!
Before the 10:00 service, you can bring your hot or cold dish to the kitchen to be kept warm or cool for brunch. General assignments are by the initial of your last name (but if your specialty is something else, go for it – and if you can’t bring anything, come anyway!). Please bring enough for 10-12 people, and mark your dish and serving utensil with your name. As a mercy to the dish-washers, please, no soup.

    A – C: Fruit or Salad (pasta, potato or couscous salad; bean salad;
            cucumber salad or coleslaw…)

   D – J: Drinks (milk, juice, lemonade, or iced tea)

   K – P: Main Dish (Ham, frittata, quiche, other covered hot-dish)

   Q – Z: Breads (donuts, coffeecake, muffins…)

The nominations committee of the Vestry presents the following slate of candidates for election by the Annual Meeting (pictures and biographies available Thursday, January 23):

Diocesan Deanery Delegation: Bert Bell, Matthew Burt, Jonathan Harvey, Romain Kang, Brie Linkenhoker, Terry Moore
